What do people think of Mesa Boogie Bass Amps, I have seen some big people using them including Paul MacCartney, is Mesa as good for Bass as it is for Guitar?

  2. Some people say yes and others say no...

Personally, I love my WalkAbout. I've had no reliability issues. It's got killer tone with TONS of versatility, it's loud, very light and the preamp tubes actually do something (unlike some other amps where the tubes are just window dressing).

  3. the 400+ is a great rock and r&b amp.
the M-pulse can give u a zillion million different sounds. And they are very reliable and costumer service is top notch. Of course this is a biased opinion, I love Mesa.

I'm sure Basstraxis, would chime in soon.

I love my 400+. It's heavy but it sounds great.
