I JUST got mine (M-2000) back from Mesa Repair yesterday-bought it brand new last Sept. Had lots of problems with it...ALL of which have been reportedly repaired...there were problems with switching & plate resistors (whatever those are). I was assured by Mesa Repair that it is now working up "to specs". Watch my thread entitled: "Attention: Mesa Bass Amp Owners" for an update on it's performance...it's going to be like trying a "new monster amp" I'm sure-and I too was hooked on the "reports" that I read about it...i.e. "every possible tone you could want is in there" etc.
....cost me $1825 (US) including the shipping from Parkway Music, Clifton Park, NY.
I will be trying it out TONIGHT!!! I have VERY high expectations and if this craps out on me again you all will hear about it ;0)
