I'm not going to take the time to explain every little setting on my M-Pulse 600 in detail, because honestly, band situations, acoustics, basses and playing styles all differ greatly. What works great for me, might work terrible for you.

To put it in a very general format. I always have my gain to the point where the amp is overdriving the tubes, just a little bit. I set up the 3-band EQ to cover my basic needs, and is relatively flat. I set up the parametric EQ to provide a bit of a scooped tone with a lot of in-your-face treble. I set the compressor so that its only evening out the transient peaks of my signal. I set the solo channel to the zero position and use it like a mute switch.
