There were some power ratings of the Walkabout in one of these threads.. I cant seem to find it.. Cant remember if it was here or BGM. Wonder what the 2.7 ohm ratings are

Still loving my old red-face WalkAbout! Played it at practice last night, pushing an AudioKinesis Hathor. That's a whole lotta mids, but man, did it sit nice in a mix!
I'm gonna hang around for another WalkAbout MT too... the last one was very educational, even if it did cause me to buy a second Scout cab.
My silverface has the loudest fan I've heard on any piece of gear. Definitely heard in low-volume situations. Strange for a relatively low-powered amp. From some of the comments it seems like some must be a lot quieter. One of these days I'll get around to doing the mod....
Oooops Earlier^^^^ I thought it was just the MESA thread.. its the Walkabout thread..!!! ooopsssss... here is my brand spanking NEW Walkabout Scout.. They come with a Nice padded cover too.. Nice touch Mesa!!! {}
This is just a sweet sweet set up. I run the same rig, but I (mostly) use a Lull M4V into it. Just wonderful. Trying to decide if I want to drop the coin to put my WA into a headcase. It would be pretty much a cosmetic thing as a soft rack or even an amp bag would protect the amp just as well. side note, I have started to favor using the Lull in passive mode. Just sounds really great to my ears.
Lookin good there! I wish there was an easy way to convert a silver face to the black face version. Love that look, and it doesn't hurt that knob positions are a heck of a lot easier to read!
