I'd just shoot Mesa an email if I were in your shoes. They'll likely send you out a new bulb for cheap. I can't imagine a bulb change would require a trip to a shop unless it's indicative of a bigger problem.

  3. Yea im not to worried about the bulb.. i just cant get to the damn thing with he pre amp bars and everything

What amp do you have? Most of those lights are accessable from the front - just unscrew the jewel and go.

  5. If its one of those tiny little blue lights like I had on my Bass 400 I don't know how you would change it as mine never went out but I always wondered.(maybe it just pulls straight out)

I think those do pull straight out. I could be wrong though.
