The M-Pulse series is one of the most versatile amps I have ever played, probably the most versatle so far (because of the semi-parametric EQ). I've been giving serious thought to trading up to a Boogie all tube head. I have a couple of questions though.

I usually boost about 35Hz on the M-Pulse, but the Bass 400/400+ starts at 40Hz. Has anyone ever missed being able to boost the lower frequencies?

What frequency is the extra band on the Bass 400+?

Which amp do you feel is more versatile, the M-Pulse with a 5 band semi-parametric EQ, or the Bass 400/400+ with the set 6 or 7 band graphic EQ? Why?

And last, but not least, would you pick "all tube tone" over "versatility with some tube tone"?

    Thanks guys.
