Mesa Walkabout Replacement Speaker

    I hope this is in the right part of the forum.

    Anyway, the speaker in my Walkabout Scout 12 farts due to cleverly concealed pre-purchase split in edge of cone, so I need a new one.

    I've read on here that the speaker is an Eminence Deltalite 2512, so I'm looking for feedback from anybody that has actually replaced a Walkabout speaker with one of these from Eminence.

    Mine's 8ohm btw.

    I bought one straight from Mesa and it was a Deltalite 2512-II drop shipped from Eminence
