Just picked up my copy up at the local book store and it is filled with some really great interviews and pic's actually alot with Jason Newsted with some of his very nice Sadowsky basses and other with his Spectors and Alembic's. If you want to read up on it here is a link http://metallica.com/index.asp?item=3675

  2. Time for me to pick up my copy. I thought that it wasn't coming out until next month...

Wow Matt. That was the best movie I''ve seen today. Thankfully, it's only 11am. :)

I agree, Matt really went above and beyond. I'm still chuckiling over it.

Their is nothing wrong with supporting your favorite band and passing the word around. :)

I'm surprised nobody noticed the inherent sarcasm in my previous post. Perhaps I should start using smilies more often.

On a Metallica related note, I plan on seeing Some Kind Of Monster this weekend. I don't care for Metallica much anymore, but I am curious as it's supposed to be a dynamite movie.

Google Image Search = Explosion... I think. Either that or world exploding or something.

I'm just a little disappointed in Metallica. It seems they are trying to make as much money as possible without getting that pesky music stuff involved. :rollno:
