Micro Head + Mackie PA - will it work ?

    I´m new at the Bass game , and I see I can't use my gitar cabs with a Bass. I am not crazy about buying more BIG gear like cabs , but I might change my mind. I've looked at these small amps heads - Little Mark etc , and they say they can plug strait into the pa - I have mackie 450´s ,mackie Bass cab . Will this combo be any good or do I have to have a strait bass amp and cab to det a decent sound. Thanks

    Is this for a rehearsal, gig or what? Practice at home?

    Why not plug your bass directly into the mixer?

    Its mostly for for rehearsal at home - got lean to play it first ! Why not plug it strait in the PA mixer- I didn't know you could do that . That would be great. So that works ? Not very common to do that with guitars (I think) .
