Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by willo_bass17, Dec 8, 2005.

  1. Hey,
Yeah well i've got no idea about microphones and what amps they need. do you use a guitar amp? Do you use a microphone amp, or do u need a sound board.
So if any one could give me some help that would be appreciated,
    Thanks willo.

the JBL EON series has an XLR input and EQ.

but yes, mics should interface with a mixing board as part of a PA system.

  4. what is the difference between an instrument blanced line and a mic line?
are they both +4db? Because we ran a monitor mix into the xlr mic input in one of our powered monitors, fron out desk, and it buggered the thing!?

the tech guy said something about impedence or something?
