    Here is a 75 RI Jazz that I recently completed...

    Really dig the Rosewood Bound 'n Blocks vibe.

    Neck is a sweet vintage yellowed Allparts ($475), mimics the 70's profile exactly (I recently owned a pristine 79 Fender Jazz and noticed an uncanny similarity).
    Just had a pro fret level/crown/dress and it plays incredibly with SUPER low action.

    Everything else is original Fender. Stock electronics although Boston luthier Jim Mouradian installed USA pickups and a battery box to allow future preamp installation.

    Weight is a very comfy 9 lb.

    This is the ideal workhorse, nails the 70's Jazz slap tone and no need to worry about "hurting it" because of vintage BS...
