I own a Fender MIM P bass with rosewood fingerboard.
I want to replace the neck with a MIJ maple one.
    Will it fit or not?
The MIJ neck is from vintage 57 RI Fender.

In theory, yes. In reality, it’s tough to know for sure.

The beauty of Leo Fender’s modular designs is that they were intended for such “swappability.” However, when you’re talking about two different instruments that were built on opposite sides of the planet, I would venture to guess that manufacturing tolerances vary. For example, even if the MIJ neck heel was a perfect fit into the MIM’s pocket, the bolt holes may not be perfectly aligned, necessitating redrilling.

It ought to. It's a pretty standard fit, within reason. If it doesn't go on, either modify it or try a different one. I'm betting that it does go on.
