I just finished reading "Kind of Blue: The Making of the Miles Davis Masterpiece," and the author writes about a TV special that was produced pre-KOB called "The Sound of Miles Davis." I'm at work and can't remember which sextet lineup he had at the time, I believe it was the earlier rhythm section of Chambers, Jones, and Garland, but don't hold me to it. Anyway, has anyone ever seen this? Is it floating around out there anywhere?

I have a copy of a piece that was done for PBS's Great Performances titled "The Music of Miles Davis" Which follows his career and includes comments from many musicians and Miles himself, a really cool video. An old girlfriend of mine was the assistant editor of the piece.
