Hi guys, this is my first post on talkbass.

Was just curious if anyone on these forums has had any experience with these bridges - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/281278316809?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

I've been thinking I'd like to install one to replace the plasticky saddles on my Jazz ( http://www.fender.com/en-AU/series/...ingerboard-black-4-ply-brown-shell-pickguard/ )
seems like a good alternative to a badass or something along those lines as its cheap and looks like it will bolt straight on. I initially was thinking i'd try and get some brass saddles to throw on the stock bridge but now im thinking might as well buy the bridge as the larger saddles probably won't fit right on the stock bridge without the grooves on the plate.

Any insights at all appreciated! Cheers

It's a basic bridge with a little more meat on its bones. It will work fine,

It looks identical to the bridge Squier uses on the classic vibe 50's P. I hope not because those are not drop in replacement for Fender standard. They are wider with wider string spacing and wider spaced screw holes.

With postage added to the price it looks a bit dear to me for what it is.
