Mini Mark 121 CMD stopped starting

One day I went to use my 121 Minimark, but to my surprise, the light would not turn on and there was no sound coming out of the speaker. A slight buzz was audible, but I'm not sure where it was coming from.
I'm thinking maybe the fuse is dead or something.

Has anyone had this problem before with an amp about 1 year old?
Does anyone know either how to get the fuse out?

P.S. When I last tried turning it on there was a Digitech envelope filter lined between the bass and amp... influence? however it had worked fine (and sounded amazing) with the pedal before
