Folks, I recently purchase the Marshall MS-2 micro amp for my 17 year old Fender Strat-playing Jimi-Hendrix worshipping son, and he loves walking around the house with it clipped to his belt and playing loud licks to wake his sister up. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent battery powered ultraportable (as in belt-clippable, like the Marshall) micro-amp for the BASS guitar?

    thanks much for your suggestions.

  2. Nah the speakers blow out from the low fequencies. But there is one maybe, it's a pignose or some wird name they are high quality portable battery powered amp, but they are 2-300 dollars canadian, yikes.
  3. A headphone amp could be your best bet.
