Mini Stack of Doom!

    The EA Iamp 350 Combo stack (ext. CXL110) arrived today.
    WOW!!!!, what a sound these little boxes make. I'd played one (the combo) in the old Bass Exchange (Hi, Long, if your out there!) and liked it. Having had a chance now to push it a bit w/an ext. cab, in my practice room, I love it! Amazing, warm lows, punchy mids, and crisp highs (and any number of other tones) out of two tiny little boxes. But man is this combo heavey as crap! I think the EA detachable dolly is in the near future for me.
    Haven't played w/anyone yet, just solo, but I'll get to try the combo Fri. night w/my Jazz quintet. Can't wait!:hyper:
    Got this used from BassNW (thanks Aaron), w/Tuki covers for $1200 shipped. And it really is "as new". Looking forward to opening it up in a louder setting w/the heaveier handed Drummer.

    love that EA combo. :cool: pretty much the best of the best. with the extra 1x10 extension, it must be LOADS of tone. have fun with it!

    kinda a shame that they dont offer it anymore. but i'm sure the newer iAMP800 is a rockin' box, too!

    wish i could try one, tho. too bad both Rudy's and Bass Boutique stopped carrying them. WHY?! WHY!!?? :bawl:
