mixing batteries in an 18v preamp?

    dont know if this will be moved or not, but sorry if it is...

    is mixing the battery brand in an 18 volt preamp bad? Ones a kroger brand, ones a panasonic.
     
  2. I wouldn't worry too much about it - just make sure that whatever batteries you use are of the same type (chemistry, that is), and are of the same age and remaining life (i.e. don't mix old & new).
