MJT reproduction relic PJ Bass (Precision/Jazz).
This lightweight white reliced body is from MJT who specialize in these bodies made to specifically fit your Fender hardware. The body is marked 4.0 lbs.

I bought this last mid-September off of Reverb for $331.00. It is a lightly used unit as was mounted with pickups prior to my purchase then. I have just kept it around and only recently decided to "neck it up". The neck pocket was below 2.5 so that accounts for the paint chipping. I sanded and used a dremel sanding bit finally on the treble side. Other than that, just as I received it. It'll work great with a 2.5" neck now and the factory mounting holes are perfect for Fender standard necks (i.e. USA Fender, Warmoth, USACG...). I can do a package deal if an interested party wanted this and the Lollar P/J pickup set I have listed here in TB as well... (Update: Pickups on hold at the moment).

I've had several inquiries as to the body having a side jack hole. It does not currently although this could be accomplished by someone for little outlay. I had considered stacked pots or- no tone controls, just two volumes...

 

Really Cool! Cut for MJT by Wildwood Manufacturing. They probably make OEM wooden parts for some top builders! As a side note, in the photos, it looks like the forearm contour is darker. I guess the previous owner didn't care about that but it came right off when I got it. It was DIRT... Lordy, me...
