I might regret this, but here it goes: Up for sale is my 1997 Modulus Quantum 4 with a STUNNING flamed bubinga top on alder body (pictures from my phone don't do it justice). This is a pre-truss rod era Modulus, with the slightly faster neck. Condition is honestly a 9/10, incredible for it's age. There's a few very small dings on the back of the body, nothing on the front. The neck is immaculate and straight as an arrow, frets are very clean. The action can be set EXTREMELY LOW! This thing basically plays itself, it's one of the best Quantums I've ever picked up. The sound is crystal clear and excellent for finger style and slapping. Comes with original hardcase which is also in excellent condition. Specs: Strings: 4 Neck: graphite carbon fiber Scale length: 35" Body: alder Top wood: flamed bubinga Pickups: Bartolini DC Preamp: Bartolini 3-band Hardware: gold Case: OHSC {} {} The 4-string Quantum basses are pretty rare, definitely worth owning for their incredible comfort and sound. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! $2,000 shipped CONUS! No trades. Thanks for looking!
Wow. This Thing seriously plays like a wet dream. Action is VERY low with no buzzing whatsoever. I usually stick to my main Q4, but I pulled this out of it's case to give it another feel... and DANG. I can't decide which one is easier to play! Whoever buys this will be a happy, happy bassist.
You got it buddy! Just send me a nonrefundable deposit of $1,999.99 to my paypal and you can hold on to her for 3 years.
This is a Pre-truss era Modulus. Slightly slimmer neck profile. Action is as low as could be, no need for a truss really. Bridge is fully adjustable.
