I just thought I'd try this before I ship the Modulus-VJ off. What do you think?

Actually I played a VJ-4 last week at Atlanta Pro-Sound in Smyrna, it looked exactly like that one and I was totally surprized with the punch and clarity. I really would like one, but I think that they were asking about $1800 new.... does that sound right?

 Gorgeous. I like the pic with the black backgroung the best, though they are both great looking.

That seems a little steep to me. I bought mine for just under $1500 and then
felt I may have overpaid after looking around a bit but what can I say?
I REALLY liked the look of mine

What would a VJ-4 that looks exactly like the one in the "X-pic" usually go for?

I really liked the feel and the tone, oddly enough, and I'm a real be fan of wood.

It is REAR ROUTED with barts and a two band bart pre.
    Also, the neck is composite.
So, all and all very similar to JR Brown's except for the rear routing.

    Does that help?

It helps to see yours, but doesn't help the constant GAS... (OK, now I need a Mod VJ-4 And a JP SC)!

  14. nice basses, those 2 can cover any kind of music.
