Anyone got a decent way of making some good cash
Getting a job and working hard (and smart) is a good start...
But I aint old enough :'(
Construction work pays good money. It did for me at least.
But, but I am not old enough
Mow lawns. Shovel snow. Walk dogs. Deliver newspapers. Wash cars. Clean gutters. Offer to do things that other people don't have the time to do for themselves.
Whatever you do, do it like it's the most important job in the world because you're in training for the rest of your life.
How could I make people make me i.e i live in a poxy village and dont know how people could know i am doin this stuff. Advertisement - I don't know what to put on the posters :S
My brother and I used to do stuff like this. Just make flyers and post them all over your neighborhood, just offer to do any little odd jobs like Diggler suggested. It works, trust me. You make a lot of money that way.
Mo' money, mo' problems.
Well I have got a few surrounding villages too, I'm thinking about putting on the posters
Saturday - SWAYFIELD
Sunday - CORBY GLEN
I have got a decent way of advertising now for the idea :S
Do what Mikey said, go with flyers. It worked for me when I was 14 and 15. Don't go putting them all over the place without using some common sense though. You may just make people mad. You can also go door to door.
Here is how it worked for me with the flyers...I went to my local grocery stores and put my flyers up on the information board where people put things for sale, and advertise other business offerings. Do you have something like that in the grocery stores where you live?
As far as door to door.....I went from door to door with my tools in hand. I'd ask the homeowner to let me do part of a job like raking or mowing to show I could do it. I told them if they were happy with my work, I would finish it for an agreed amount. If not, they were left with a half way done job, so they usually said yes!
cheers Mike I live in a small village so the nearest grocery store is in the next town, all we have is a pub
I got mo' problems than money.
That means someone owes me!
So, Villakid, are you trying to have an income or are you just trying to save up to get something?
Housework is your best bet...
Odd jobs. Do you have a local newspaper? If so, you could put some small ad in the classifieds or whatnot for "odd jobs" like the ones listed above -- shovelling driveways, cutting lawns, etc. etc.
Good luck with your business ventures. Shouldn't be too long before you HAVE to work, though!
Rob a bank.
Sell your plasma?
Sell advertising space on the web!
There was that student who made a million..or something?
