More P Bass Mashups!

    Hey y'all. I've been spending time learning some new software (Logic X & Final Cut Pro X) so I put together a little fun mashup of all the P Basses I have laying around.

    First, here's the full mix version:

    As you can hear… in the mix, these basses sound pretty much the same. But listen to the isolated bass track, and you can tell they are in fact different!


    Makes me think I'll need to do one for the J Bass at some point….

    Superb. Really interesting to see the basses like that but even more so to hear the differences. Thank you!

    Excellent!! That made my day. All sounded good and I was surprised as to how identical the '73 and the '88 sounded.

    Great job, Ed!! I too have always enjoyed your video's.
