More Which Bass Part 2

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by jefft54, May 10, 2005.

  1. Last week I posted a "which bass" question. The choices included the Tribute L-2000, Lakland Skyline 44-01, Fender Deluxe Active Jazz/P bass, and HWY 1 jazz/p bass. Then, someone reminded me of the Geddy Lee jazz so I tried one. Great bass. Problem is, I've tried them and they're all great. So, I think i've narrowed it down to the Tribute and Geddy. The pro of the Tribute is the great range of tones it can produce, the Geddy has that classic fender tone. I play classic rock and blues but am trying to explore jazz. I'm a guitar/piano player and only recently took up the bass. So, of these two, Tribute and Geddy, what you say?
(wish I had the money, I'd buy them all!!!!!!!!!)
