  1. I haven't picked up the new Incubus album yet, but I'm planning to tonight. Any reviews from my fellow TBers? :D

I downloaded it a while back and wasn't too happy. They need to go back to their old/original sound, not this radio-friendly crap.

Nevertheless, it is pretty good. Definitely better than most of the stuff out there, but not as good as Incubus can be.

I think it's great. However I would of liked to hear more funky 'deep inside' style songs.

  4. While I love their older stuff, I think it would be really stupid if they just made a bunch of songs in the vein of New Skin and Deep Inside. I really dig Are You In? and Aqueous Transmission off the new album, though.

  5. Alright, I just got back from Best Buy. The enhanced cd is hilarious. :D
I think the vocals are very cool on this cd, and I like how the guitars are really layered. Good stuff. :)

  6. I don't think it is radio friendly at all. I think it kicks ass, and has a "feel-good" factor to it.

I really dig thestuff the guitarist comes up with.

Is it similar to the style in Make Yourself? I love that CD, every song except for the last track. I think its really good, even if people say it isnt Incubus' best CD. Well, its all I've heard so far. I used to think Enema of the State was the best punk CD I've ever heard back in the day, and then I heard Rancid and NoFX and older blink and it was wayyyy better.
