Most expensive Epiphone Thunderbird I've ever seen!

    Not for nothing but for $2,100...plus $200 s&h, you'd think he could've at least put a black pickguard with the T-bird emblem and truss-rod cover on it.
    And yes, it's a bolt on.

    Different strokes I guess. I wouldn't pay $200 for that, let alone $2k :D

    Calls for GHS black tapewounds!
    I usually say "Dare to be different" but there's something off about this bass...it'd probably look better without the painted fretboard, or maybe black block fretboard markers.
    Not a fan of this, either, but it seems to work.

    yep, $.50 acrylic paint from Walmart, $10 spray on shellac on top of that.

    Just sanded enough so the paint would stick.
