    I'll also add;

    'All of my love' & 'Rain Song' from Led Zep

    'In Your Eyes' by Peter Gabriel... or most of the 'So' album... actually most anything Peter sings... nevermind lyrical topic, his textures, moods, etc just ooze with emotion

    Most anything from Sarah Mclachlan too.
