  1. we're having a moving sale! gotta raise some cash for the big move back east. please don't tempt me with trades or i'll be sleeping on the couch :) links to pics are posted under each ad.

    - '78 fender precision - stripped but not finished. great grain! very light for a pbass at about 8 lbs. has cheesy cream dimarzio's that actually sound great! rosewood fingerboard and frets in good shape. could use a better setup, but the neck is straight and i see no problems at all. $400 including packing and insured ground shipping in the continental us.

    - '79 gibson g-3 with stereo option - very cool bass! it has had a pro headstock repair at the joint, but it plays and sounds great! has 3 single coil, passive bill lawrence pickups and lots o' switches to noodle with. there are a LOT of different sounds, but i was able to dial in a very cool jazz tone and a rickenbacker tone very quickly. natural finish in good but not perfect shape. maple fingerboard with frets in good shape. very light bass. original hard case included. $500 including packing and insured ground shipping in the continental us.

    - gallien kreuger mp200 amp - this is just like the infamous little combo but with no preamp and a coaxial tweeter. so it has the same metal construction, 200W amp, 12" speaker with coaxial tweeter. this makes a great, powered additional cabinet, personal monitor and is perfect for use with another gk combo amp. it's in perfect condition. $250 including packing and insured ground shipping in the continental us.

    - rick turner renassaince piccolo 5 string - custom, one-of-a-kind renassaince with a medium scale neck length and strung e-a-d-g-c an octave up from regular bass tuning. incredible bass! i have it strung with thomastiks and the tension and response is perfect on each string. includes nice kaces gig bag. $950 including packing and insured ground shipping in the continental us.

    - 1968 fender jazz bass - someone made this bass a fretless but not in the usual yank the frets fashion. they actually installed an unlined rosewood fingerboard! the fingerboard is much thicker than the stock thickness, which makes the neck feel a bit chunkier to me. this bass has lots o mojo! stripped and refinned natural long ago with much checking, which looks cool with the original neck, but this bass has a definite 'beat' look. jaco would be proud :) it also has dimarzio active pickups and electronics and a badass II bridge. plays and sounds great with lots of mwah and sustain, but definetly NOT for a vintage purist. old fender logo hard case included. $800 including packing and insured ground shipping in the continental us.
