--is just about unusable with the amount of pop ups and flash ads they have. I know I can disable all of that stuff, but mp3.com is the only site I run across where it's a problem. I hate them. :spit:

May they burn in pop-up hell! Forever! Satan's always poppin' in, "HUGE SALE ON PAIN AND SUFFERING!" or "FREE WEBCAM WITH CASTRATION BY RUSTY NAIL!" and so on and so forth.

  3. what's going on with mp3.com?

you can't spend more than a minute on a page without a helicopter springing up and blocking the screen or something, and email spam, and even with all that advertising revenue they must be getting they have to limit the free service so badly?

is mp3.com on the rocks or are they just greedy fatcats?

I just don't bother going there anymore. I don't know what it is with these sites that insist on bombarding us with pop-up ads. Do they actually think people enjoy the nuisance?

  5. I use pop-up-stopper. Works like a charm.

BTW, mp3.com is NOT a free service. They are massively sponsored by.... hey, guess what? Advertising companies. You view the ads, they get money. That's how it works.

I doubt it, but I imagine they think people will pay some kind of attention to the adverts.

As far as I'm concerned, either way, they're wrong.

  9. Run Adaware (there's a free version)

And then install KaZaA Lite. That's KaZaA without the ads and popups (K-lite is also free).
