I`m selling this MTD 535. It`s in perfect conditions!
more info please...i.e. price, woods.and whatnot ..thanks
The bass has almost never been played.
Mahogany body with Figured Maple top. Maple neck with Ebony fingerboard, Matching Peghead, Matching truss rod cover. Neck and body are hand finished with an epoxy base coat and catalyzed urethane topcoat. Buzz Feiten Tuning system. 35" scale with 21 frets. Bartolini active pickups and electronics, Gold Hardware, MTD Hardshell case. US retail price was $4,470.
I`m selling it for $2800.
Sweet. That's the same wood options as mine. Nice choice. If your's was 24-fret, I'd snap it up in a second.
So then this bass isn't for sale at Bass Exchange?
It`s "parked" there, but it`s mine! On the web site it`s posted with a wrong price. I asked them to update, but ...!
It still available!
$2800 shipping included within US.
This all seems a little..... dodgy to me.
There`s nothing wrong, I just need money! and the bass is truly in perfect shape!
***#&@! OK, I decided to lower the offer... $2650 shipped within US
I need to sell this one , let's see what are your offers.
I will be in Cali in three weeks. Can I see it in person?
yes, absolutely. Just let me know when you're in town and we meet.
The most beautiful 535 I've ever seen....
thanks! (I agree!)
It is a unique MTD (it was a custom made for a guy here in L.A.).
It plays and sounds great, Michael (yes the man itself) told me that this combo sounds like a Ken Smith (obvious with the same woods combo) but warmer in the high end!... and it is!
I like it alot, but my main bass is my Metro 5 and I need some money.... (who doesn't?).
