One of Mike Tobias's finest creations - I just don't play 6 strings much. Originally bought this a few years ago since it has an incredible wood combo (wenge is my personal favorite in Mike's necks) -- but 99% of my gigs just need a more traditional J or P sound, so need to let this one go. MTD USA 635-24 very good condition black limba body with zircote top and matching headstock wenge neck and fingerboard Black and gold Hipshot bridge and tuners Dunlop strap locks (recessed) Matching wood knobs Stock Bartolini preamp and pickups with 3 band eq and mid frequency switch. Weight: ~10.5 lbs Build year: 2011 String spacing: With the adjustable Hipshot bridge is currently ~18.5mm. Nut width: 2-1/8" Bass is beautiful, with a very clean and clear tone like a piano. It does have a very small nick on bottom by the control knobs that's barely noticeable where previous strap button screw was (shown in pics) and a thin scratch below the knobs that could probably be buffed out. CONTINENAL USA buyer only please - no overseas/international. Will include OHSC and shipping/insured via FedEx. Feel free to ask questions -- thanks for your interest.
I don't have the full history from the original owner -- bridge is Hipshot "A" style, and straplocks are Dunlop.
Thank you for the reply. I am aware what they are. I just know it's not factory installed Just trying to figure out who did the install. A bridge off a hair can cause problems. Peace
