hi guys. i'm brand new to the forum. I'd like some of your wisdom. I'm considering an ibanez sr 1006 (prestige), but i just saw the mtd kingston kz6. any thoughts on the better bass? i have small hands and have played and enjoyed the "SR" line of ibanez. I've no experience with mtd's but I like the sound i've heard.

  2. I would say the KZ6, but you have small hands. So the MTD probably wont work for you. They have wide string spacing. The fretboard is wide and neck thins out since it is Asym. I love MTDs necks since I have big hands.
My bet is the Ibanez may feel better to you. The Ibanez SR looks like it has narrow spacing. You wil have to try them both out.
