    I think I played that bass (or a similar one) at the NAMM show, either last Jan or last summer. The combination is espeically killer on a fretless - perhaps one of the nicest fretless sounds that I have ever heard

    I think it will be a very warm sounding instrument - possibly like the avadore one I played at the first Bass Bash. It will probably have really nice low-mids. Which is one reason the fretless sounded so great

    I spoke with Mike T yesterday about my new bass and a student's bass. I mentioned the combination that you are getting. He said that even as a fretted bass it has a wonderfully sweet sound. I sure you are going to dig it. I'll be at his shop on the 30th, if yours is being built, I'll snap a photo and post it

    24 fret, matching peghead veneer, truss rod cover will match the wenge.

    sllllllurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrp, droooooooooooooooool....unghh, unh, BLORP!!!!!!!
