MTD ZX 5 vs. Ibanez BTB1305E Prestige

    I've narrowed my list down to a few choices, and these are two of them, as well as the right EBMM SR5, if I can find it. Would love some opinions on which of these to go with. All used. Tell me what to do :help:

    Although I haven't owned the Specific Models you speak of, I have owned BTB's And Now Kingston Series MTD's. I say the MTD ZX5 ALL THE WAY, Personally. :)
     
  4. Definitely the MTD Kingston. I've got the 4-string and 5-string Z basses. Love the necks on those things.

    Yeah, that's the way I'm leaning at this point, I'm just a bit nervous about buying it without playing it first. None of the dealers within 5 hours of me have it or even a regular Z to play.

    don't sell the Ibby short. I have a BTB prestige and it is superb in every single aspect.
