Multi Effects Pods

    Hi Guys,

    I've been using singular effects pedals for some time now, but now thinking of a combined multi effect pod instead.

    Looking for fairly basic options, Fuzz/distortion, Chorus, Octave.

    I just want something I can dial a setting into, them tap when I want that sound.

    Been looking at the Line 6 HD series and the Boss ME series.


    Anyone have any thoughts or ideas as to what else is out there?

    You may want to look at Zoom (B3, MS-60B, B1on/B1Xon) as well as those you mention.

    Just know that multieffects tend to be a little weak on the octaver and distortion side, though modulations and delays are usually quite good.

    I'm your opposite !

    started with the ME50B, then went to individual pedals, didn't like the COSM sounds. get a multi if you aren't sure what u want or need. Then buy individual pedals that do what you want, better than the multi.
    Got my Boss CEB3 Chorus today woot woot

    Interesting! BuzzTard, does you your chorus hum to the point that I've removed it from my chain???

    Hum and other noise is often caused by the power supply; maybe you need a better one? Have you tried the pedal on battery power or a different power supply to check if the hum goes away?
