This rare Ernie Ball Music Man Big Al bass is up for sale! SSS models are incredibly versatile and increasingly hard to find (particularly in this finish and with a matching headstock).

This bass is in incredible condition and only has three small blemishes/dings on the headstock that are very minor (depicted). Comes with hardshell case and Dimarzio clip-lock strap. Will include stock strap buttons as well.

If you're looking, chances are that you already know what this bass is all about. It features an active/passive switch. Individual pick up switches and a 4-band EQ to dial in your sound.

It's worth mentioning as a feature that when you leave all pick ups unselected the bass runs in "Series Mode" using the back two pick-ups to function as a humbucker.

Alright folks. I've received a couple of messages about pricing: So let's talk. Initially took to Reverb only to find that there's no pricing guide available for these basses. Did as much research as I could, finding that they're all over the map. We've got some pretty basic finishes for the SSS starting around $1200, some more interesting ones for over $1,400 and one outlier upwards of $1,700 all without a matching headstock.

Anyway, you have to start somewhere and I'm listening to the feedback here.
