I have custom made plugs. I went to a specialist. They fitted my ears with plugs. Molded them. They have interchangable inserts to allow fo 10, 15, 25 or 45 Db noise reduction. They are custom fit to my ears only and there is no bleed over. Unlike the foam kind. I only paid $99 for them and I have been using them for about 3 years. I also know that there are several companies that sell a type of kit that you can mold your own plugs.
