    Wow, these guys are quick, efficient and nice. I ordered some strings and some straplocks from them about an hour ago, realized the strings wouldn't work in my bass and then asked them to drop the strings from the order. They sent me an e-mail about 3 min. later and said the strings were dropped from the order. That's quick. Anyways, I've never had a problem with this store and I just wanted to thank them for being so proficient.
