Musicman head?

    Hey there folks!

    I saw a Musicman head at a local music store... it looks pretty old (70's maybe?). I did a search, but found nothing on the heads. Does anyone here know anything about these?

    I have a '71 Musicman head, mine runs 100w and has both guitar and bass inputs. It needs to be retubed (mine does) but sounds decent, however distorts quite easily. This could be due to the fact that it needs new tubes, who knows.

    Earliest models had a tube pre, later transistor. Not a bad little amp if the price is right. You might check the BGRA for reviews?
