Musicman pickups...

    I've heard the growl of a Musicman. And that growl is now 40 years old? What innovation has there been in that pickup? Allthough those pickups all look the same, I'm quite sure a 70's Musicman humbuggie won't be the same as a current one...

    Does anyone have a timeline of the different models of Musicman humbuckers?

    From what I have seen they are made pretty much the same way. And if not the EB pickups, the Duncan and Nordstrands are made like the originals. They are rather simple designs, which is what Leo liked.
