How does this sound? Is it like Stingray? Too aggressive? Can I get vintage Fender tone out of it?

    Thanks,

I've been playing Sterlings for many years and really do like the sound. Some players say you can get a Stingray tone from it and that may be possible. I do know that you can get a variety of sounds by changing the pickup switch. The sound cuts through nicely, and it's easy to play.
