    This bass was from a limited run that featured an Ebony fret board (versus the usual rosewood or maple), an ol'school 2-band EQ, and a strings-thru bridge typically not available on the contoured body Rays (only the Classic model offers this).

    This bass is in excellent condition... bass and original case are like new and the case candy is still there! There are light scratches on the pickguard(s) which can easily be replaced; and a very light surface scratch or two on the back which are difficult to see or photograph - can easily be buffed out (apologies for all the glare in the photos). No other notable scratches, nicks or dents. The original black pickguard is included with the tort one pictured.

    The bass is light for a Ray, just 8.8 lbs!
