Musicman sub USA 4 string pickup cover

    Hi fellow TBrs
    Quick question does anybody have dimensions for a pickup cover on Musicman Sub USA 4 string pickup? I have a line on a no hole cover with these dimensions
    length 90mm
    Width 48.75mm
    Depth 18.40mm
    Just wondering if this will fit without modifications? Thanks

    It should. Worst case scenario would require some light sanding of the pickup hole in the guard to clear the cover.

    My US SUB cover (attached to the pickup and still in the bass) is 48.22mm wide and 88.3mm long. There is about 1mm of gap between the cover and pickguard. FWIW, the pickguard is a generic replacement guard, not original.
    I don't have a measured depth as the pickup is mounted and it would take some time to pull the guard and get a measurement. However, only about 5mm of the pickup cover sticks up above the pickguard and about 1.1 or 2.25mm of the poles stick out above the cover. Most of the cover is below the pickguard horizon and unseen, 18.4mm is more than enough to cover and protect the coils.
    Seems most SR pickups are in that 15-18mm deep range.
