Is it possible to fit a Standard U.S. Scratchplate on one of these basses? Thanks

It should fit no problem. Aftermarket guards aren't always a perfect fit though.

Not true - the SUB5 has a PG that is different than the SR5 or Sterling 5... It is possible that an SR5 Classic PG might fit, but I'm not sure about that... I AM sure that one can get a quality PG that will properly fit from Pickguard Heaven for a SUB5... Here's what I'm basing this all on:

    IMAG0379.

    IMAG0467.

    IMAG0749-1.

Those are basses I've owned, and currently still own the SUB5 and Sterling 5 HS...
