Anyone know where I can get the type of foam rubber that used to be glued to the inside of my P Bass bridge cover? I would like to put it back original. Thank you.

Those are made by 3M and re-branded as Fender. Plus, those are cut for Jazz Bass pick up height adjustment. It's still just 3M weather stripping.
A lot of weather stripping is made of polyethylene, and I found that if held in a compressed state for a period of time, it does not spring back readily. I think the neoprene weather stripping is better in this regard.
