I bought a Carbon Copy yesterday, I love the delay from this pedal and I would like to keep it but I am getting an annoying POP sound every time I turn it off , I tried using: battery, ac adaptor, within my chain, by itself, with my bass as well with my accoustic guitar and the only way to get rid off of it is turning the volume in the amp all the way down. The noise is that loud that make this pedal unusable in a live situation. Is this how this pedal suppose to work? neither my VT Bass nor TC Chorus make this noise.

Really appreciate your input, so far seems like I will stop at GC tomorrow to return this baby.

I think I remember reading something about clicking it on and off a couple times before you power it up might help?

I tried it but still the same, maybe I got a lemon, the noise is proportional to the volume in my amp, the more I crank it the louder it is :crying:

Mine makes a very soft "pop" when I engage it, I thought this was one of the quirks that sometimes comes with true-bypass.

It's not very notable to me but it happens most of the time.
If you got it yesterday just return it for a new one.
