MXR MC406 CAE Buffer

    been looking into one of these but have found no information of what its like on a bass... has anyone on here tried or got this?

    I have got one and very happy about it. You may see it on the top of the board. It doesn't affect or distort the tone of my bass. High pass filter is useful for sometimes - adds some vintageous taste. I used to set + 3 db.

    Also - with this buffer I can play through my board without using pedals and stay clean and powerful. I don't like if my tone suck or any noise. George L's and CAE Buffer - and it is fine. Underneath my board - there are two power supplies - DC BRICK and custom Volcano with 12 isolated outs.
