My Amp/Pedal was picking up some random radio station XD

    It was just some talk show/boring poopie. But I just never had this happen to me before. I was practicing at a different location than I normally practice but still.. XD
    That may have not been interesting to everyone but I found it funny so I'd thought I'd share.
    Has your amp/equipment ever picked up something random? Let us know!

    Yup. Not lately, though, I don't get much signal where I live now.

    I use to get church radio with my Fuzz Face. So I called it the Jesus Pedal.

    With looper and delay I annoyed my roomates rather well. Worth every penny
     
  6. Listen near the top of the hour for a station ID.

    In my experience, radio pickup can be caused by a dodgy ground connection in the bass, cable, or amp input jack.
     
  8. Or corrosion at a joint that acts as as detector for AM radio.

    @fdeck I don't see anything physically wrong with my cables or equipment. I really hope there isn't any damage :(
