Discussion in 'Miscellaneous [BG]' started by Norwegianwood, Jun 27, 2005.

  1. Ok, so my band are in this contest to warm up for Toto when they come to town. (Fredrikstad in Norway.) So here I am, collecting votes for us to win the contest.

So please, if you got nothing better to do; enter www.nrk.no/ostfold

In the center of the page, you see a blue frame. Check the box for "aporia" and press "stem.,"!

    Thanks

I voted for Hard to Handle ...... just kidding ;) You're now at 88.5%. I hope you don't suck ;)

I did not know that Toto was still around. The album Toto was very important to me. Hope you get a chance to actually meet them.

Say, that's an interesting band name. In one of my past lives I was a speech teacher -- that's an old rhetorical term, at least in English. It means (usually insincerely) expressing self-doubt to make a point. You hardly hear it anymore. How did you come by the name?

I don't think you'll have any problems getting the gig, but good luck anyways.
