  1. finally had the energy to haul them into the front room for a full shot.

sun's a little bright, but ya'll get the idea.

    some back shots next.

now, to start learning how to play!

So which are the favorites of the bunch? I like the Sadowsky 5ers.
  4. One of the VERY few who owns, let alone knows what a TBC is on TB.

Yet, I have one of their older ones.

    *Must buy new one*
  5. can't ignore the backside!

  6. yup! especially with the Zon driving my V-Bass!

yeah, Roger makes my favorite fretted!!!! the Zon fretlesses are first for toothless.

but, the new Tunes (especially the 5 string SWV fretted) are kicking up some dust.

here's a clip of the Tune SWV if you haven't heard it from another thread:

the TBC's are surprizingly good instruments for the $$$.

    Have seen many similarities:

    - 5 strings
    - Bolt-on necks
    - Lightwave pickups

Just curious: Do you usually play them all or some are more collectable items than playable items ?
  8. Just out of curiosty, what are the serial numbers on the back of the TBC's.

    My serial number is 314.

That tune sounds amazing btw. First time id heard it. MM thats got a reallly nice tone,, kinda the tone i desire in a bass.
  10. I like your table, man.
  11. you are perceptive grasshoppah! ;)

    i play them all.

    of course i have favorites.

but, i'll admit, i'm a freak ass collector of not only basses, but vinyl lps, books, art, etc...

i'm not acquiring them for investment purposes, i really love them all for their own unique properties.

the fretted is 201. the fretless has no serial #.

thanks! it has a different tone than any of my other basses. a welcome addition to the tone family!!!

with 3 cats, it has seen better days!
